Yes. Many people come to me feeling stuck between wanting change and fearing another diet. I support clients in exploring their relationship with food, understanding their body's needs, and building sustainable habits — without rules or dieting. Together, we focus on health outcomes, quality of life, and confidence in your choices, not just numbers on a scale.

If you're looking for practical, judgment-free support that respects your individuality, you're in the right place. My approach is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and designed to empower you with confidence, not control.
What sets me apart is how I blend science, empathy, and structure. I use tools that support real-world change — not just education, but systems that help you stay engaged without feeling overwhelmed. I’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
