About Alicia:
I support people in building a way of eating that works for them. No rigid rules, no one-size-fits-all plans. Just real, practical nutrition that fits your life, your preferences, and your pace.
Evidence-based? Absolutely. Judgy? Never.
As a dietitian, I believe in holistic, comprehensive healthcare. My journey began in food regulation, where I studied the eating patterns of Australians at a population level. What I saw was clear: our food system is powerful, ever-changing, and overwhelming, and individuals are left to navigate it alone. I wanted to help more directly.
Now, I work with people of all ages to build confidence in their food choices, ease the pressure, and support goals that improve their health and quality of life. I believe in treating the individual, especially in a world that constantly tells us we should be like everyone else.
Alicia holds a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and brings over fifteen years of experience in the food and nutrition field. She has worked across a variety of clinical settings including multidisciplinary medical centres and private practice.
